I saw this recipe before I went grocery shopping and couldn’t wait to get home and make dinner! This meatball recipe came together super fast and easy (I used the lemon zest) and baked them, rather than frying. An absolute keeper! It made exactly 22 meatballs with the small cookie scoop. Iserved with roasted veggies and shared with 3 of my neighbors. We all LOVED these delicious meatballs. 4 of us would give you 10 stars if we could.
