Delicious and Nutritious! and so easy to make.
As a full-time working outside the home mom, I need super easy dinners but also need healthy options. This fills both needs. I buy mire poix at Trader Joe’s as well as boxed broth. I’ve used fresh green beans but love the idea of frozen too. I might try throwing in some kale next time.

This is our “go to” chicken soup! I’ve made it so many times, with potatoes and without, and it never fails to satisfy and be one of the simplest soups I’ve ever made! I like to make a recipe and a half. That insures we have extra! Thanks for another great recipe!

I made this and it’s really tasty. Loved the idea of putting the chicken in raw so it did not contaminate a cutting board. I added peas instead of green beans and a handful of spinach. And the recommended chickpeas.

Can’t wait to try this chicken soup. I think I’ll do peas instead of the green beans like someone suggested. Might even throw a little handful of spinach in there.

Loved this soup! Easy to make and soooo tasty. Can’t believe there was no stock cube. Will definitely be making this again

Delicious!! I made this in the Instant Pot and doubled the recipe. At the end, I sprinkled in the dried no-salt seasoning mix from Costco. I also boiled egg noodles in a pot on the cooktop and added them to our bowls of soup.

It’s not a very flavorful soup unless you make your own chicken stock ahead of time. I used five cups of stock and four cups of water.

Good recipe but cut the salt in half. The sodium taste is overwhelming if you follow exactly.
