OH MY GOOOOOOOODD SO SO SO GOOD. Skipped the garlic and cayenne and mustard and it was SO GOOD. Didn’t soak my cashews before so it was a little clunky but the flavor was insane. Adding this to my dinner rotation

The cashews make this sauce very thick, so I don’t think you’d get the same texture or creaminess from cashew milk alone.
